The Senior Business Analyst is a client-facing role within the Professional Services organization, supporting the successful delivery and adoption of the Icertis platform and Vera AI applications. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong business analysis and functional consulting skills with light project management experience—able to work across multiple clients in complex enterprise SaaS environments, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

Working closely with Engagement Leads, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams, you will drive customer workshops, requirements documentation, and delivery coordination across contracting, procurement, and related business domains. You’ll also leverage foundational understanding of Generative AI (Gen AI) and its role in SaaS transformation to help shape successful adoption of Icertis Vera AI apps.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4–6 years in business analysis or project delivery roles for enterprise SaaS or business transformation programs.

  • Hands-on experience with or strong exposure to CLM, Procurement, or S2P/O2C domains. Experience with Icertis, SAP Ariba, SAP, or Salesforce ecosystems is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS solutions and comfort explaining Gen AI adoption scenarios to business users and IT teams.

  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and collaboration with Legal, Procurement, or Commercial teams.

  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities; able to work across multiple client engagements simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline; advanced degree or certification (CBAP, PMP, Agile) preferred.

Where You’ll Work & Travel

  • Location: United States (remote or office-based per company policy).

  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically (up to 30%) for key workshops, reviews, and go-lives.

You’ll be part of the Professional Services / Consulting organization, partnering closely with Engagement Leads, Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering to deliver Icertis and Vera AI implementations on time and with measurable business impact.

Salary Range:

Min $150,000 - 215,000 base salary + 15% bonus per year


Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to base salary and an annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Engagement Leadership

  • Act as the day-to-day client contact for assigned projects, working under direction of an Engagement Lead or Program Manager to manage scope, deliverables, and progress tracking.

  • Facilitate business discussions between client stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, etc.) and internal delivery teams to align business objectives with Icertis solutions.

  • Business Analysis and Solution Definition

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document business processes, capture user journeys, and translate them into functional and integration specifications.

  • Support creation of business use cases for Icertis platform and Vera AI apps across contract authoring, negotiation, approval, and obligation management.

  • Collaborate with architects and configuration teams to ensure solution fit, validation, and change management alignment.

  • Delivery and Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities including requirement sign-off, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and logging issues or risks.

  • Serve as liaison between client and offshore delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and timely decision-making.

  • Assist with test case creation, UAT support, and readiness for go-live activities.

  • AI and SaaS Enablement

  • Leverage practical experience with Gen AI tools (such as OpenAI, Copilot, or similar productivity assistants) to guide clients on realistic use cases in contract review, summarization, and workflow automation.

  • Partner with Engagement Leads and Product teams to articulate to clients the possibilities and limitations of Gen AI within enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Gather structured feedback from project teams and clients to help Product and Engineering refine Icertis Vera AI features.

  • Client Communication and Governance

  • Support preparation of status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards for steering committee reviews.

  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, documentation, and timely follow-ups on action items.
