As a member of the Go-to-Market FP&A team, the Senior Finance Manager will support Icertis’ rapid top-line growth while balancing the company’s ROI objectives and bottom-line targets. This role partners directly with Sales & Marketing leaders to drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting rhythms—including variance analyses—and leads financial modeling for key go-to-market strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams. This position can be remote within the U.S.

  • Intellectual curiosity, a desire for continuous learning, and openness to constructive feedback.

  • Structured thinking and strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize disparate data into meaningful insights.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including simplifying complex analyses and tailoring presentations to the audience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis.

  • 3+ years of FP&A experience

  • Prior experience as a finance partner to Sales and Marketing teams highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Anaplan experience is a plus.

Salary Range:

Min $130,000 - Max $180,000 USD per year


Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to base salary and an annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included.

  • Manage Sales & Marketing headcount and compensation costs, including annual budgeting, sales rep capacity planning, and monthly forecasting and variance analysis.

  • Analyze, measure, and track ROI of demand generation activities and sales channels, including Icertis’ strategic GTM partnerships.

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing budget owners to maximize top-line growth while maintaining or improving ROI from headcount and program investments.

  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate Sales & Marketing headcount and operating expense reporting.

  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance forecasting efficiency and budget tracking.
