Job Description

As Director of Product Management in Applied AI Engineering at Icertis, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring our contract intelligence platform leverages the latest advancements in Agentic AI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to define and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that drive business impact. Your ability to combine deep technical expertise with market insights will be critical in shaping our AI product roadmap and maintaining a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap: Translate customer pain points and business objectives into a clear, data-backed product strategy and quarterly OKRs.
  • Ship features that matter: Write crisp PRDs/epics, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive end-to-end execution with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams.
  • Drive AI innovation: Evaluate LLMs, vector DBs, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows; validate value and feasibility through rapid POCs and user testing.
  • Be the voice of the customer: Conduct discovery interviews, analyze usage data, and champion insights that shape backlog and UX decisions.
  • Measure & iterate: Define success metrics, build dashboards, and run experiments to optimize adoption, NPS, and ARR impact.
  • Enable the field: Craft positioning, demos, and enablement content that help Sales, CS, and Partners win and expand accounts.
  • Lead cross-functionally: Facilitate decisions across execs, Legal, Security, and Finance; escalate blockers early and keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years delivering AI/ML or data-platform features.
  • Proven success launching products used by Fortune 500 or large-enterprise customers; familiarity with complex buying centers and compliance requirements.
  • Technical depth: comfortable discussing embeddings, model fine-tuning, APIs, and cloud architecture with engineers—yet able to simplify concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Business acumen: adept at sizing TAM, building ROI cases, and negotiating trade-offs between customer value, risk, and effort.
  • Data-driven mindset: SQL or analytics-tool proficiency; experience running A/B tests and cohort analyses.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication; you craft narratives that secure exec buy-in and inspire teams.
  • Bias for action, humility, and ownership in fast-moving, matrixed environments.
  • BS/BA in CS, Engineering, or a quantitative field (MBA or MS in Analytics/AI a plus).
  • Willingness to travel (~15 %) for customer discovery, roadmap workshops, and launch events.

Compensation:

Base: $200K - $300K

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
