Lead Software Engineer, Development

• Responsibilities :
  
  Implement solutions that meet the specific needs of the client, involving technical configurations or integrations.
• Develop code that is maintainable, upgrade safe, secure, scalable, and robust.
• Assisting with the implementation process, troubleshooting issues, and successful code deployment.
• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs while leveraging technical capabilities.
• Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work.
• Work with minimal supervision within self-organizing Agile teams.
• Take pride of ownership in code and product features delivered.
  
  Qualifications :
  
  Experience - 8+ yrs
• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications.
• Expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server).
• Good knowledge of Client side scripting – JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo
• Knowledge of design patterns is required.
• Ability to deliver software and artefacts independently
• Good understanding of project architecture and software development processes
• Experience in Product Engineering is desirable
• Exposure to Azure is added advantage
