Job Description
Are you ready to lead and build a continuous learning culture? As the L&OD Manager at Icertis, you will design, implement, and manage learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role focuses on global organizational development initiatives aimed at driving change, nurturing high-potential employees (HiPos), and fostering a dynamic organizational culture. Responsibilities
Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
Program Design: Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
OD Initiatives: Lead and manage organizational development initiatives, including, team building, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
HiPo Development: Identify and develop high-potential employees through development programs and succession planning.
Psychometric Assessment: Use psychometric tools to assess employee competencies and tailor development programs.
Metrics and Analysis: Measure the impact of L&OD programs on employee performance and organizational success.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development.
Managerial Effectiveness: Deliver managerial effectiveness programs to enhance leadership skills.
Tech Training: Facilitate the delivery of technical training programs.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, and effective communication.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and report creation to evaluate program effectiveness.
Psychometric Assessment: Experience with tools like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, Hogan Assessments, etc.
LMS: Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related role.
Knowledge: Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
