The Test Associate Architect (AI) at Icertis plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and tools, with a focus on technical expertise and techno-functional understanding. This position requires a deep understanding of AI principles and their practical applications, along with proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies. Preference will be given to candidates with domain knowledge in contract management as well as experience in a product-based company.

Responsibilities:

  • AI Testing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement AI-centric testing strategies for optimal software performance using new generation test models and matrices focusing on AI with quality and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry-specific AI advancements and testing methodologies.
  • Domain Expertise:
  • Leverage domain knowledge, particularly in contract management, to enhance testing relevance.
  • Understand the intricacies of product-based environments and their unique testing challenges.
  • Technical Testing:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth technical testing to ensure the robustness of AI solutions.
  • Decision-Making:
  • Make data-driven decisions regarding the release of software based on comprehensive testing results.
  • Assess technical risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Technical Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure effective integration of testing strategies.
  • Release Sign-Off:
  • Take ownership of the technical release process, ensuring all testing criteria are met.
  • Communicate confidently about the software's technical readiness for deployment.
  • Test Automation:
  • Promote and implement test automation to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools for AI solutions in a technical landscape.
  • Technical Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of testing processes, strategies, and results.
  • Create and update technical test cases, ensuring thorough coverage.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Possess strong technical skills with a focus on AI principles, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their impact on AI testing.
  • Effective technical communication and collaboration skills with technical teams.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field with minimum 9 years' experience.
  • Proven experience in software testing with a focus on AI solutions.
  • Domain knowledge in contract management or experience in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Strong technical decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize technical aspects of the release.
