We are seeking a dynamic and innovative GenAI Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing products that leverage the power of AI and machine learning to solve complex customer problems. Your expertise in product development, combined with a foundational understanding of GenAI technologies, will drive the creation of groundbreaking solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
As a GenAI Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven products at Icertis. Your primary responsibility will be to harness the potential of advanced algorithms and Generative AI techniques to create innovative and efficient solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and customer requirements, translating these into product features that are scalable, performant, and secure.
As a key representative of the product team, you will engage in customer-facing situations to drive product strategy, including technical discussions and demonstrations. You will adeptly communicate complex AI concepts and the value of our products to clients and stakeholders, ensuring our solutions align with both customer needs and our business objectives.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI and machine learning is essential for success in this role. Your insights will guide the product development team and help in constantly refining our product roadmap to stay ahead in the market. This role demands not just technical awareness but also a strong business acumen and the ability to see the larger picture in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

What you will do

  • Strategic Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for AI-driven products, leveraging Generative AI technologies.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights, present technical PoCs, and communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure product-market fit and successful product rollouts.
  • Market Insight: Continuously monitor AI industry trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and feature development.
  • Business Alignment: Ensure that product development aligns with broader business goals and customer needs.

What you will bring

  • You will be a great fit for this role if you have a growth mindset with the ability to understand a rapidly evolving technology marketplace and lead the development of a differentiated product. An ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience working at an Enterprise SaaS company, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, with preference for candidates holding a Master’s or higher.
  • Technical Awareness: A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including ML models, NLP, LLMs, and other related tools. Deep understanding MLOps and Cloud AI services.
  • Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience in a technology-related field, with a focus on product management, preferably in AI/ML domains.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging and inspiring through both written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, with a focus on aligning product development with business goals.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross company strategic and critical initiatives. Integrity and Self-Motivation: High personal standards of integrity and the motivation to achieve excellence.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically as required.
  • Successfully led the development and launch of AI-driven products that resulted in increased customer satisfaction and market share.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights and translate them into product features, resulting in improved product-market fit.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership qualities by guiding and motivating teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
