About the role:
Would you like to come and be a leader of a critical area of Icertis’ future growth, where you can broaden your reach, drive solutions at scale and make an impact? Icertis is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Vice President, SI Partner Sales to expand our award-winning partnerships with leading global and regional systems integrators. The Icertis Consulting Partner Ecosystem is growing rapidly, and our partner network delivers critical services that support our largest customers. In your role, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and driving our SI partnership strategy for each of our go to market industries in close alignment with sales and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading teams who generating new enterprise business in a direct sale, partner sales or services sale's role and be able to demonstrate proven success in developing regional go to market plans that drive scale.
What you will do:
· Develop strategies to drive our Partner to accelerate Icertis’ growth, extend our market penetration and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
· Develop executive relationships and deliver informative experiences to influence SI Partner’s leadership to consider CLM as a strategic initiative in practice areas such as Supply Chain/Procurement, Sales Velocity, Process Efficiency, Cost Reduction and Risk Management/Compliance.
· Develop, execute, and deliver regional plans, aligned to our targeted industries, that meet defined sales targets, new customer acquisitions, relationship management targets and marketing initiatives to support our field sales strategy.
· Develop and execute joint account and partner sales plans with quarterly/ monthly reviews to focus on priorities, follow up on critical business advances, and follow through on goals and commitments while cycling key learnings quickly to drive excellence and continuous improvement.
· Achieve Sourced and influenced leads, logos, subscription revenue, and relationship health goals for the SI alliances for all go to market industries.
· Serve as a senior member of the Global Alliance and Partnership team equally driving the Icertis Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
· Understand, personally utilize, and drive team adoption of appropriate internal systems and tools to effectively track, analyze and communicate progress.
· Work effectively and deliver high impact outcomes in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
· Proactively support the Icertis sales leadership during sales activities and engagements where our joint value proposition with GSI/RSI partners is a critical lever. Ensure the right resources are utilized to win business, including partner support to deliver joint proposals, SOWs, and implementation strategy.
· Understand and effectively utilize internal systems and tools to track, analyze, communicate, and improve Partner relationship and program performance.
· Build a trusted advisor relationship with partners executive to expand our joint initiatives across the partners’ business.

What you will bring:
· This leader will have a high growth mindset driven through continuous execution of a strategic framework and possess 15+ years of sales, business development, and strategic partnerships within the technology industry. Critical skills for success include a keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit while executing with executive presence, strategic purpose, and a deep sense of urgency. · Experience building, developing, and managing large SI Alliances and globally distributed teams.
· Experience with account management, relationship management and solution selling.
· MBA, master’s or equivalent executive level experience
· Deep experience and relationships within global SIs and SI partner ecosystem
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations at senior levels.
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
