We are looking for a Program Manager to build and foster our consulting capability within the implementation team across different domains and industries. Contribute to ICERTIS product road map through active feedback from customers and implementation experience. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced start-up, learn the Icertis platform and CLM domain and become an expert on how customers use Icertis.
This Program Manager will be primary contact for our customer for all project issues, budget, timeline, resourcing, scheduling, payment, steering committee, and weekly reporting. This includes managing and delivering on time projects within budget, ensuring customer is happy and reference-able within 90 days after going live.
The ideal candidate is a Program Manager professional with experience in managing at least 5 full life cycle enterprise application implementations with end to end responsibility for program/ project management. You will possess a deep understanding of the various phases of project management including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal resources and client for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in product implementation
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Should have ability to coordinate, follow up, follow through and drive discussions/issues to closure proactively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience.
  • Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing at least 5 full life cycle enterprise application implementations with end to end responsibility for program/project management.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the various phases of project management including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & control and closure.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of SDLC, project management and implementation methodologies and their application.
  • Familiar with project planning tools such as MS Project for devising detailed project plans, project monitoring and progress tracking.
  • Must have direct client engagement experience over multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Acumen to correctly interpret trends, patterns from available data and formulate effective strategies and actions in achieving program/project objectives.
  • Candidate must possess an engineering degree from a reputed institute. Having an MBA in a related field will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
