Hush is looking for a polished, proactive, and client-obsessed Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Detroit, MI.

This is not a traditional customer service role. At Hush, our specialists provide a premium, luxury-level client experience while serving as trusted partners to high-profile individuals and organizations. You’ll play a direct role in client satisfaction, retention, operational excellence, and overall company performance.

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Environment: In-Office

Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional white-glove support across phone, email, and client communications
  • Act as a calm, trusted point of contact for clients navigating sensitive or high-pressure situations
  • Build strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Think critically and solve problems efficiently while balancing client needs and business priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, client outcomes, and operational performance
  • Contribute directly to customer satisfaction, retention, and company growth goals

  • Previous experience in customer service, concierge, hospitality, client success, or luxury service environments preferred
