The Role

We’re hiring a relationship-driven sales leader to grow Hush’s presence among celebrities, athletes, influencers, and other high-visibility individuals.

This role is for someone who is comfortable selling in environments where trust matters more than pitch decks, access is mediated by assistants, agents, managers, lawyers, business managers, and wealth advisors, and deals are high-touch, personal, and long-term.

This is not a scripted sales role. You will operate with autonomy and own your market.

What You’ll Do

- Drive new revenue from high-profile individuals in entertainment, sports, and adjacent industries

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with agents, managers, attorneys, business managers, wealth advisors, and family offices

- Navigate complex buying dynamics with multiple gatekeepers

- Position Hush as a discreet, premium, must-have service

- Develop referral loops and repeatable entry points within trusted networks

- Close long-term, recurring client relationships

- Partner closely with leadership on positioning and strategy

Who This Is For

- 5–15+ years experience selling into entertainment, sports, UHNW, or adjacent fields

- Existing network across talent and/or their representatives

- Experience selling high-trust, high-discretion solutions

- Strong judgment and emotional intelligence

- Comfort in variable-compensation environments

- Self-directed and capable of generating your own pipeline

Compensation & Structure

This role is built for someone who wants to build and own a recurring book of business. Compensation includes a guaranteed starting component plus uncapped, performance-driven commissions, with long-term upside tied to retention, expansion, and referrals.

Location & Expectations

Los Angeles–based, with a requirement for in-person relationship building. High autonomy, high accountability.
