About Role

As VP Enterprise Tokenization Business Development you will be responsible for developing and

executing Hamsa’s APAC business development strategy. You will lead Hamsa’s infrastructure projects to

connect the leading APAC financial institutions across all layers in the stack to our tokenization platform.

Your end goal is to make Hamsa the universally trusted real world asset tokenization platform. You will

play a key part in accelerating Hamsa’s growth by building game changing partnerships and relationships

across APAC financial institutions and Web2/3 ecosystem players. Working collaboratively with Hamsa’s

CEO, CTO, CMO and GC, you will help lead a consortium of leading financial players to adopt Hamsa’s

platform as the primary way to tokenize and trade their assets in APAC.

Responsibilities

● Develop and execute our APAC enterprise tokenization business development strategy.

● Meet and exceed business performance targets set by the Company’s CEO.

● Build partnerships with the leading financial institutions which include major banks, asset

managers, private equity funds, private credit funds and hedge funds in APAC .

● Lead Hamsa enterprise infrastructure projects with leading financial institutions to improve

middle office costs and friction and front office sales to institutional and private wealth investors.

● Develop a consortium of leading financial institutions to adopt Hamsa’s platform as the primary

way to tokenize and trade their assets in APAC.

● Build partnerships with leading Web2 and Web3 ecosystem players in APAC to accelerate our

growth and position Hamsa as a leader in the space.

● Work with our Head of Legal/Compliance to help shape APAC policy toward the tokenization of

real world assets to provide a safe, secure way to issue and trade these assets.

● Support our global team in bringing strategies to and from the US, Brazil to the APAC markets.

● Support the Legal and Engineering teams through feedback to enable new product capabilities.

Requirements

● The ideal candidate is currently working for a leading real world asset tokenization platform doing

VP-level enterprise business development. Previously, the candidate would have held director and

managing director roles as investment banker in APAC at leading investment banks.

● 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales at an enterprise class blockchain

technology company focused on Fintech enterprise + tokenization sales.

● 5+ years of experience in Investment banking at a leading investment bank, focused on APAC.

● Strong VP, C-suite relationships with the top financial institutions which include major banks,

asset managers, private equity funds, private credit funds and hedge funds who are interested

in tokenization in APAC.

● Proven track record in both enterprise sales with a steady career progression toward better roles

combined with meeting/exceeding goals.

● Technologically savvy with a broad understanding of blockchain fintech business models and

tokenization product use cases.

● Knowledge and passion for decentralized finance, blockchain, tokenization and the Hamsa

mission.

● Depth of understanding of blockchain, smart contracts and tokenization of real world asset use

cases.

● Type 1 SFC License and a relationship with a Type 1 licensed firm.

● Bachelor’s degree from a top university. MBA from top school preferred.
