About the Team

The People Team’s mission is to make exceptional people grow in an exceptional environment.

While we all work together on common projects, the People Team is split into 3 sub-teams: Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and People Operations. This role will report to the Global Workplace Manager and will support the workplace operations in Buenos Aires.

About the Role

A dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional is sought to join our team as a Part-Time Office Manager working 16-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and creating a welcoming environment where our employees thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee office activities and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the office runs smoothly

  • Ship, manage, and receive computers on an as-needed basis

  • Perform general administrative tasks

  • Work with WeWork to make and track facilities requests

  • Plan and coordinate social events for the office

  • Order snacks, coffee, and refreshments for the office

  • Greet visitors and new hires, make sure they all have the information to visit/enter the office

Who You Are

  • Able to be onsite at our Buenos Aires office on Tuesday mornings, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

  • Relevant experience in office management or similar administrative role (or equivalent transferable skills)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, Asana, and Slack

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Experience with social event planning and coordination
