What You'll Do

The Scaled Partner Manager is a brand new role at Gorgias focused on one-to-many activation of of agency partners. This is a growth and revenue focused role on the Commercial Partnerships team with the goal of generating leads through scaled campaigns. You will own:

  • Building the first ever scaled agency campaigns playbook to activate 1500+ ecommerce agencies

  • Revenue generated by leads from inactive agencies. You will hold a quota and be responsible for building multi-channel campaigns to hit that quota.

  • Defining our audiences and segments to deliver highly personalized messaging at scale

  • Defining tools and processes to deploy the scaled agency campaigns playbook

  • Collaboration with the sales teams to close leads generated from campaigns

  • Collaboration with rev ops team to build campaign tracking and impact

  • Collaboration with the broader agency team to drive activation across all agency segments

Who You Are

  • You want to step up to a challenge and maximize your impact to unlock a new growth lever at Gorgias

  • Growth mindset: Revenue is your north star metric, you love driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth.

  • A+ copywriting and communication skills. You are able to understand our agency partners’ needs and can craft compelling stories through written copy to influence them to recommend our products

  • Technical: You are comfortable solving problems and using data to make decisions. You can write SQL, leverage email marketing tools, build automations to boost efficiency, and discover new tools and processes to help us reach our goals.

  • Experience in a revenue driving role with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotas

  • You are extremely organized and comfortable managing 1:many communications with a high volume of partners

  • Passion for learning! You want to improve every day
