The Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product, is responsible for implementation of complex projects across Fooda’s product services. This role will work closely with Data Science and Fooda’s B2C marketing, as well Fooda’s Engineering, QA and Operations teams to build a personalized, scalable consumer, client, and restaurant experience driving measured improvements to consumer engagement and increases to consumer spend, alongside championing AI-driven innovation to drive product growth, consumer and partner engagement.Responsibilities
Consumer messaging
- Manage and improve messaging in consumer-facing emails, push notifications, SMS, website, and mobile apps
- Document, define, and drive improvements to consumer journey across lifecycle across onboarding, loyalty, reactivation sections of consumer lifecycle
- Drive personalization in messaging and consumer experience
- A/B test messaging variants to drive and measure impact
- Work with engineering time and marketing team to drive improvements from project inception through release and post-release assessment of projects.
Fooda Point of Sale
- Prioritize security fixes and improvements
- Work with Fooda Point of Sale users to triage and prioritize raised issues and feature requests
- Own next iteration of Fooda Point of Sale and payments integration
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Operations to drive product-led growth and innovation across user-facing surfaces.
Evaluation Metrics [Internal-Only]
- Consumer Experience:
- Improved performance of consume cohorts
- Retention/Repeat-purchase rate (30, 90, 180 days)
- Consumer/Stakeholder NPS / CSAT
- Successful proposal, execution, and post-release impact analysis of assigned projects
- Talent development of junior team members
- Skill-redundancy index (each core capability covered by ≥2 people)
Requirements
- 8+ years product management experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, marketing teams
- Experience with consumer-facing product development
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools, e.g. Jira
- Experience with customer / user interviews and data gathering
