Are you an experienced Sales Director with a passion for helping organizations protect their most critical assets and people from evolving digital and physical threats? In this individual contributor role, you will be a key driver of growth focusing on net new business, providing intelligence solutions that empower commercial enterprises to confront complex security challenges and protect lives. If you're ready to make a real-world impact by helping clients navigate the convergence of the cyber and physical threat landscape, we want to hear from you.
We have a role for you if, you:
excel at generating new pipeline and closing net new logo SaaS deals as an individual contributor
cultivate long term relationships by using customer centric sales approaches
have experience crafting strategic, complex multi-year deals vs small high volume deals
collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues across all organizational levels
successfully negotiate complex software and services contracts with procurement teams
value data quality and maximize the use of CRM capabilities and emerging sales tools.
are motivated by exceeding ambitious sales targets, coupled with an unwavering spirit in the face of challenges
What you will achieve:

Within 30 days
You will have completed a list of prospects and completed an initial reach.
Introduce yourself to current customers in your territory
Reach out to your network to introduce Flashpoint

Within 60 days
You will have developed an outreach cadence for yourself and BDR
Understand and articulate Flashpoint products and services

By 90 days
You will have completed all the sales training on products
Started to generate pipeline
Completed demo’s and POV’s with members from the pre-sales Strategic Advisory team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a proven track record in cybersecurity sales with an interest in helping companies keep their customers, employees, and infrastructure safe from threats
an understanding of the products and the outcomes you are consultative selling
a willingness to travel to clients
a desire to not only build pipelines, but own deals to close
Base Salary Range: $126,300-$150,000 base plus commission
