Are you a detailed oriented experienced accounting professional that is looking for a fast-paced role with a global company with a purpose? We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team.

  • You have the ability to generate ideas and provide suggestions for process improvement to advance speed and accuracy of accounting functions.
  • You have a proven track record of building relationships in a remote team.

What you will get to do on our team:

  • Perform month-end close activities including but not limited to preparation, analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, posting and reviewing journal entries.
  • Support order to cash and purchase to pay operations.
  • Assist in the financial reporting process and external audit including the accumulation of support and responding to audit inquiries.
  • Develop, implement, and document new policies and procedures to enhance the workflow of the department and the company.
  • Build strong business partnerships with leaders across the organization to drive accountability and clear communication for financial plan and results.

  • Assist with various projects and tasks assigned by manager and handling other ad hoc tasks within finance when required.

What you will achieve:

Within 30 days

  • You will have begun to learn our processes and procedures, beginning to take over tasks from existing team members.
  • You will be actively contributing to individual and team projects.

Within 60 days

  • You will have close working knowledge and a direct impact on current processes.
  • You will have taken ownership of certain assigned areas.

By 90 days

  • You will have taken ownership of assigned areas including within month end close.
  • You will begin learning processes outside of your assigned areas to be prepared to be a backup during vacation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • History of progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience with SaaS company and/or clients.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation, especially MS Excel.
  • Experience with SaaS based accounting tools such as Netsuite.
  • To think Outside the box and evolve processes to increase efficiency.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Public accounting experience is preferred.

Base Pay Range: $75,000yr - $85,000yr plus bonus
