The Opportunity

The Connectivity Coordinator is an entry-level role within the Connectivity domain, focused on supporting the onboarding, certification, maintenance, and ongoing success of digital publishers. This role assists with day-to-day operational tasks, develops foundational knowledge of digital ad-serving technologies, and collaborates closely with senior team members to ensure seamless digital delivery across the XR platform.

The Coordinator supports a small group of lower-complexity digital publishers with increasing independence, helps maintain accurate publisher records, assists with troubleshooting and reporting, and facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone early in their digital advertising or ad-tech career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and motivated to build subject-matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Publisher Support & Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for a small group of digital publishers, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Attend publisher calls to document requirements, action items, and next steps; ensure accurate follow-up.
  • Set up new publisher user logins and maintain accurate publisher account and certification records.
  • Initiate monthly recertification outreach, track certification form submissions, and ensure timely handoff to the responsible representative.

Digital Delivery Operations

  • Perform daily operational tasks including delivery monitoring and discrepancy review (e.g., identifying and flagging delivery variances).
  • Support basic certification workflows by attending dashboard walkthrough calls and learning standard, rep-led processes.
  • Submit, track, and manage digital support tickets (e.g., ad-serving, certification, or delivery issues) in coordination with Global Support.

Data & Reporting

  • Pull standard operational and performance reports; summarize findings and identify basic trends.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of campaign data, discrepancies, and digital delivery and serving performance metrics.

Collaboration & Internal Communication

  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure publisher requests and issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Escalate issues to senior specialists or managers as appropriate.
  • Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships across teams including Sales, Product, and Global Support.

Learning & Development

  • Build familiarity with foundational digital ad-tech concepts and workflows, including VAST, tracking pixels, javascript, iFrame, ad-serving logic, and publisher integrations.
  • Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on exposure to certification testing, troubleshooting, and publisher processes.
  • Stay informed on digital media and ad-tech trends by reading industry trades and sharing relevant insights with the Connectivity team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to internal and external interactions.
  • Technically curious and comfortable learning new digital concepts, tools, and workflows.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising operations is a plus, but not required
