The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing sales team at Extreme Reach. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads: qualifying prospects, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless handoff or close. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue by identifying opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and expansion across our platform.

Responsibilities:
- Qualify and manage inbound leads to ensure timely follow-up, accurate segmentation, and next steps.
- Own and close smaller opportunities (Segment C and D), handling pricing, contracts, Salesforce workflow, and onboarding.
- Partner cross-functionally with Activation and Talent teams to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Route strategic opportunities to senior (A/B or Agency) sellers while maintaining complete Salesforce visibility.
- Monitor client usage and engagement to identify accounts ready for expanded XR solutions.
- Report on key metrics; inbound activity, conversion rates, and close rates—to improve forecasting and team visibility.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (preferably in SaaS, media, or advertising technology).
- Proven ability to qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and coachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
