The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Coordinator to support our expanding markets in a part-time role (30 hours per week). As a member of the booking team, you will play a vital role in launching and overseeing ad campaigns for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Record advertising campaigns from media agencies and clients in our system.
• Book commercials with broadcasters according to the campaign parameters.
• Verify the relevant details of commercials (availability, sound, image, length) and process them accordingly.
• Monitor and coordinate campaigns daily based on audience data.
• Confirm upcoming commercials with the broadcaster and document daily operations in the system.
• Provide regular performance reports on the campaigns to both the client and the broadcaster.
