Summary:

The Director of Product Management at Extreme Reach will lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for XR Pay’s client-facing applications, which cater to both the commercial and entertainment industries. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and end-users to understand their needs and deliver value in a fast-paced environment. As a "player-coach," you will oversee the product lead for production accounting while leading a small team of Product Managers responsible for other customer-facing solutions in the commercial and entertainment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define product priorities aligned with the mission and strategy of XR Pay, focused on achieving key business objectives.

• Translate product priorities into detailed requirements and actionable plans.

• Scope, prioritize, and allocate resources based on business and customer impact.

• Create buy-in for XR Pay’s mission, strategy, and product priorities internally and with key external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope, utilizing optimal resources.

• Coach and mentor a small team of Product Managers.

• Continuously innovate and find creative solutions to client challenges that support business objectives.

• Provide regular reporting to the Executive Team and other XR departments.

• Implement practices and reporting tools to enable XR to meet expected KPIs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

*Pursuant to Los Angeles' Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $210,000 - $230,000 plus bonus; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
