We are seeking a talented Product Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for optimizing product development processes to drive excellence across the organization. You will play a critical role in facilitating product development processes, providing governance and visibility to effectively operate.

XR desires to implement modern Product Development processes that are focused on value stream teams. We desire to move at speed, towards highest value for our customers with the guidance of policies to govern success. To do so, we require a passionate Product Operations Manager to develop, implement and optimize processes to standardize and increase efficiency in our Product Development.

This role will be critical in providing visibility into the value created from product development investments. A successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter, have a strong analytical background, product knowledge and have strong ability to influence others. This role will collaborate with senior Engineering, Data, Design and Product leaders and provide visibility to C-Suite executives.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to delivery and iteration.
• Develop and enhance standardized processes for product development operations, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for tracking product metrics, feedback loops, and iteration cycles.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the product team and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage data to provide insights on product performance, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on product metrics and key performance indicators for leadership
