    • Managing the jury process from start to finish; assisting the shots co-editors with jury curation and recruitment, communicating all key dates and information regarding the jury process as necessary, calculating and communicating shortlists and winners once the juries have completed their judging. Working within broader goals to continually build the breadth and diversity of each jury.
    • Event planning; working alongside the Awards & Events Director to promote, plan and execute each Awards ceremony, managing and encouraging ticket purchases and overseeing that each event runs smoothly on the night.
    • shots Out of the Box; working alongside the shots editorial team and the Awards & Events Director to plan, promote and execute the newly-launched shots day conference, shots Out of the Box, which runs as a compliment to each Awards cycle.
    • Analytics and reporting; Awards data analysis and presentation at the close of each cycle, including comparison of entrant and jury demographics, retainment, and distribution.
