The Product Owner at XR Extreme Reach is primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the agile team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. As a member of the extended Product Management function, the Product Owner is the agile team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
• Trusted advisor to business and IT teams
• Develops User Stories based on prioritized Features created by the Product Manager(s)
• Owns and prioritizes the Team Backlog based on Portfolio priorities, events, and dependencies with the other agile teams
• Scope and prioritize development activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with the agile team members to deliver committed work each iteration
• Serve as the authority over the “what” the agile team will build
• Represent the customer and stakeholders in answering agile team member questions through requirements clarification and represent business to various stakeholders
• Empowered to accept User Stories as done, achieved through engaging in validation of the test cases and test results
• Contribute to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
• Other duties as assigned

*Pursuant to California's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
