The Opportunity

In our exciting and fast-paced sales team at XR Extreme Reach, we are searching for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Development Specialist. As a valuable member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to uncover and evaluate potential leads by utilizing various proactive sales techniques. By working closely with the sales and marketing team, you will play a vital role in accelerating revenue growth and exceeding our sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and identify potential leads and prospects through various sources such as online directories, social media platforms, and industry events
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set appointments for the sales team
  • Create and curate a dynamic repository of production accountants and business opportunities
  • Curate and manage an existing database of leads and production accountant contacts
  • Engage with leads and prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to educate them about our products and services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the sales team about potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential market opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

*Pursuant to California's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
