The Project Manager drives the coordination, planning, and management of projects. The goal of the Project Manager is to facilitate coordination and communication between products and departments so as to maintain the company’s focus on key strategic objectives to achieve desired results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support product owners in scoping and defining projects to deliver the most value in the smallest packages with a continuous pipeline of enhancements
• Implement and manage project management best practices appropriate for ER’s culture and values
• Work with ER product teams to create and maintain ER’s project roadmap
• Provide appropriate reporting to the Executive Team and other ER Teams to facilitate communication, prioritization, and resource allocation across the company
• Monitor projects and work with project owners to ensure project metadata across all projects remains current
• Identify project interdependencies and resource constraints, and work with leadership to resolve
• Train project leaders and assist project leaders as needed to ensure projects are well-defined and well-managed
• Implement practices and reporting tools as needed to enable ER to achieve expected KPIs
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience managing a large scale concurrent projects
• Familiarity with commercial project management tools such as Jira
• Experience creating and delivering training and/or implementing programs for behavioral change management
• Experience with all phases of SDLC, particularly agile development, defining software requirements, estimating and planning projects
• Ability to work with technical and functional teams, and with cross-departmental teams
• Familiarity with advertising industry
