Responsibilities
- Review large volumes of video, multi-track audio, and timed text against strict deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to clients, clearly outlining necessary content adjustments.
- Manage the analysis and movement of high-priority content within tight timeframes.
- Adhere strictly to workflow-specific QC checklists, ensuring minimal deviations.
- Maintain a consistent track record of decisive and clear issue resolution.
- Uphold security policies to safeguard entrusted information and assets.
- Perform tasks with speed and precision, maintaining 100% accuracy.
*ADA Essential Functions
- A minimum of two years of experience in audio, video, and subtitle QC or Pre-QC.
- Fundamental understanding of technical video and audio file format specifications.
- Basic knowledge of linear vs. digital and social video industry tools, as well as standards governing QC and workflow management.
- Familiarity with the process of creating and processing video media content, from production to post-production to distribution.
- Proficiency in closed captions and subtitles.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes, workload, and priorities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain focus during extended periods of work.
- Strong team orientation and a commitment to fostering positive team relationships.
