Summary:
The TV Administrator manages a catalogue of clients assisting them in their day to day requirements ranging from copy instructions, Regulatory submissions, Campaign management, talent negotiations, artiste contracts and developing and building relationships with suppliers; management and maintenance of all aspects of customer account in the ER platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with numerous parties from the TV stations, media buyers, clearance bodies and production on a day-to-day basis
- Set up and place distribution orders on behalf of clients, generating copy instructions, uploading paperwork/files to clearance bodies on the ER platform
- Ensure all work is billed accurately and on time for clients
- Deal with invoicing and admin queries and working to SLAs
- Ensure a smooth TV delivery workflow by communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, Clearance bodies, production companies and internal departments
- Liaise with broadcasters and ensure we have up to date TV station information including contacts and any other information relevant to our day-to-day business
- Assist other members of the team as and when required
- Escalate issues to senior team members or departments as appropriate

- Experience of working in an office environment within a customer-facing role
- Some knowledge or study of broadcast advertising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience advising and providing consultation to clients and team members
- Must be a team player
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to work outside of prescribed hours when required
- Ability to act responsibly under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
