Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop custom dashboard solutions
- Building queries and schemas via SQL
- Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data-driven applications leveraging various BI tools and technologies
- Implement automation of data processing workflows to enhance efficiency and quality of the in-house data analysis systems
- Optimize database performance, as well as configure, monitor, and maintain various ETL tools
- Analyze large, complex datasets in order to identify trends and patterns that can be used to drive business decisions
- Ensure the security of data and integrity of BI solutions by implementing data governance policies and procedure
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Developer or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with BI visualization tools and reporting packages such as PowerBI and Looker
- Experience with Exasol DB, Databricks Lakehouse, and Python preferred
- Excellent data modeling skills and experience in SQL, with a deep understanding of database design principles
- Advanced experience with ETL / data integration concepts and tools such as Talend, Informatica, SSIS or other comparable platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid background in statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data management, governance, quality and related disciplines, concepts and industry trends
