This role is responsible for managing the collections activities, calls, and emails for an assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Statements of overdue invoices
• Perform Accounts reconciliation
• Respond to internal and external inquiries
• Establish strong relationships with Customers, Sales and Client management team
• Ability to adapt to a high volume work environment
• Monitor DSO of assigned portfolio of customers
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Some college education plus 1-3 years high volume corporate Collections experience
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
• Accounts Receivable knowledge/ experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with a NetSuite a plus.
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
