Please note: This position's working hours are 2pm-11pm local time in UK

  • The successful candidate will provide the expertise necessary to support SAP Business One, which may include:
  • Responding to support tickets and providing L1 Support to end-users
  • Provide application and business support to Consultants (Applications and Technical)
  • Maintain configuration set by consultants across all markets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Prepare reports
  • Data Management tasks
  • Implementing changes to crystal report layouts
  • Maintain knowledgebase
  • Delivering training to SAP Business One end-users across the globe
  • Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to line manager as required
  • Evaluate issues and escalate to other teams where appropriate
  • Experience with SAP Business One - minimum 1 year
  • Experience in a support/helpdesk environment (non-essential)
  • SAP Business One Certified minimum 9.1 (non-essential)
  • University or college degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Present regular updates to UK line manager
  • Embrace working In a dynamic environment and use initiative
  • Work following SAP Best Practices
  • Must be able to develop positive relationships with a wide variety of end-users and colleagues
  • Must be a team player
  • Flexibility with working hours required

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • SQL Server Database
  • 3rd Party Add-ons such as Boyum
  • Develop reports using SQL, Sharperlight and/or Crystal Reports
  • Experience of Sharperlight reporting software advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One Add-Ons such as EFM Format Definition, DTW, Payment, Intercompany
