Please note: This position's working hours are 2pm-11pm local time in UK
- The successful candidate will provide the expertise necessary to support SAP Business One, which may include:
- Responding to support tickets and providing L1 Support to end-users
- Provide application and business support to Consultants (Applications and Technical)
- Maintain configuration set by consultants across all markets
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Prepare reports
- Data Management tasks
- Implementing changes to crystal report layouts
- Maintain knowledgebase
- Delivering training to SAP Business One end-users across the globe
- Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to line manager as required
- Evaluate issues and escalate to other teams where appropriate
- Experience with SAP Business One - minimum 1 year
- Experience in a support/helpdesk environment (non-essential)
- SAP Business One Certified minimum 9.1 (non-essential)
- University or college degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Present regular updates to UK line manager
- Embrace working In a dynamic environment and use initiative
- Work following SAP Best Practices
- Must be able to develop positive relationships with a wide variety of end-users and colleagues
- Must be a team player
- Flexibility with working hours required
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- SQL Server Database
- 3rd Party Add-ons such as Boyum
- Develop reports using SQL, Sharperlight and/or Crystal Reports
- Experience of Sharperlight reporting software advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP Business One Add-Ons such as EFM Format Definition, DTW, Payment, Intercompany
