Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Product Manager to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about solving user problems in the logistics industry. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams to collaboratively define and deliver impactful product initiatives. You will play a key role in refining requirements, managing the backlog, and supporting product execution to drive business outcomes and user value.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leadership, stakeholders, and users to define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and feature scope.
  • Contribute to discovery efforts and help translate business goals and user needs into actionable requirements.
  • Own the day-to-day management of the product backlog; write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
  • Partner with engineering (including offshore teams), design, and QA to ensure smooth and timely delivery of features.
  • Support Agile rituals including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive iteration and ongoing product improvements.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to communicate product updates and support successful launches.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority and build alignment across functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in capturing and conveying user and business requirements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Foundational technical knowledge and basic SQL skills are a plus, including the ability to understand system architecture, read technical documentation, and query databases for insights.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
  • Minimum 3+ years prior experience in the logistics industry is required, with a strong understanding of domain-specific user needs and operational workflows.
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed engineering teams preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to meet with team members, stakeholders, or customers.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 DOE
