Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Fleet Success Representative to help drive the continued growth and operational performance improvement of one of Emerge’s most critical strategic initiatives, the Premier Carrier Program. You will serve as an integral early member of a growing department at Emerge, working closely with both Customer and Carrier departments to enable the continued growth of the Premier Carrier Program. Areas of focus include providing tracking and operations support on Premier Carrier contracted shipments, developing relationships with our Premier Carriers - championing them internally, managing their service performance, and promoting a positive carrier experience by troubleshooting any issues they have.
The ideal candidate will have prior logistics experience and a high level of sales and customer service aptitude. We expect you to be a reliable, self-starter who is able to effectively communicate the functionality and benefits of all Emerge carrier-facing product offerings, with a specialized focus on Emerge’s Contract Marketplace, to new and existing carrier customers.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Drive contract tender acceptance by medium/large carriers involved in Emerge Premier Carrier Program
- Work with Customer Operations to efficiently handle appointment change requests from carriers
- Collaborate with CR management and the Programs team in the event that a carrier cannot take their contracted load
- Monitor carrier activity and adoption and notify Marketplace Project Coordinators if service levels are dropping as lane will need to be uploaded to CMP for new coverage
- Troubleshoot issues and log product and process feedback
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the marketplace and stay up to date on new product enhancements to educate carriers as well as internal sales representatives
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience as an Operations Representative, Fleet Manager, Carrier Representative or other sales/customer facing roles. Experience working for/with fleets or large carriers is a plus!
- Knowledge of the freight market, logistics industry, sales, and negotiating principles
- The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced team environment
- A high comfort level with changing priorities and the ability to adjust your workflow accordingly
- Experience working with MS Office and/or GSuite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivated
- BS or BA in business is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
