The team is part of the “Base Tribe”, which consists of four teams that collaborate closely on the mission: to deliver core functionalities that enable seamless access and interaction with our financial products for customers and internal teams:
As a cross-functional team consisting of web, mobile, backend engineers and Zendesk administrators, the Backoffice Support Team builds, maintains four Zendesk instances and owns surrounding three services to integrate with the Zendesk. Additionally the team is responsible for the direct integration of Zendesk into multiple web portals.
The team owns the whole lifecycle from design and development through maintenance of the services at runtime. The team is responsible for the 24/7 runtime support of their services.

Backend: Python (FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), Kafka, AWS
Web: TypeScript, ReactJS
Mobile: TypeScript, React Native
Zendesk (administration and JavaScript customization)
This is not a purely managerial role. You will actively contribute to code, guide technical decisions, and foster engineering excellence, while ensuring reliable delivery and 24/7 operational readiness of your team’s services.
One of the main tasks will be to lead the transition from manual configurations to Configuration as a Code (CaaC) for the Zendesk instances.
