Data Solutions Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Bangalore, India (2 Days per week in Office)
Salary: ₹10,00,000 (Market Avg) / Quarterly Commission: ₹2,25,000
This role serves as a critical bridge between the Sales, Product, and Analyst teams, ensuring data-related requests are accurately submitted, properly prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. As the first point of contact for APAC data validation inquiries, you will own the triage process, represent the team on customer calls, and champion internal alignment on both public and proprietary data across the APAC digital advertising market. As part of a collaborative global team, this role requires flexibility to participate in weekly cross-timezone meetings. This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in office.
What You Will Do:
Assess incoming data related tickets for completeness, clarity, and accuracy from go to market teams.
Review and Triage Data Validation Tickets to respective Lead Analysts.
Flag and redirect any non-actionable or duplicate requests.
Develop and maintain a ticket prioritization framework to help Lead Analysts and Data Science teams focus on high-impact issues.
Collaborating with Lead Analysts to systematically compare and align public and internal datasets.
Proactively participating in APAC sales calls to address data related insights and surface actionable product feedback.
Support cross-functional initiatives between the Sales, Product, Analysts and Data Science teams for the APAC region.
Provide feedback and insights to improve internal data tools and customer experience.
Monitor trends in the mobile app and advertising space to identify compelling and actionable insights for current and prospective customers.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising technology, or a related field with exposure to mobile app advertising ecosystems.
Familiarity with SQL for data querying and validation
Comfortable working with sales teams and customers to explain data insights and manage multiple tasks in possible time-sensitive situations
Ability to research and synthesize market trends, competitor data, and industry benchmarks.
Experience in reviewing and interpreting public financial statements
Knowledge of digital advertising and mobile marketing KPIs (impressions, CPM, CTR, ROAS)
Familiarity with APAC markets, particularly India, Southeast Asia, and/or Japan
