Cuyana is looking for a Full-Time Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Fulfillment Center located in West Oakland. This is a hands-on role working on-site with team members and participating in processes.

The Fulfillment Supervisor will be operationally savvy, and metrics-driven while having a passion for growing and developing teams. This person will support the Management team daily.

Must be available Monday- Friday from 6:30am- 3:30pm. *Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak season Oct- Dec*

RESPONSIBILITIES*:

• Assist with daily workflow operations oversight
• Able to maintain responsibilities for opening and/or closing of building daily
• Supervise the processing of Inbound and Outbound shipments ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Establish and maintain production standards and review daily production with Associates
• Support the operations team with warehouse space capacity and product slotting
• Establish and maintain production standards and review daily production with Associates
• Provides a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel
• Play an active role in employee hiring, onboarding, development, morale, and retention
• Assist with labor planning to ensure consistency in SLAs
• Lead ad hoc projects e.g. racking installation, SOP documentation, inventory, cross-training, etc.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of monitoring/overseeing a department, personnel, and/or process
• 3 to 5 years of People Management Experience
• Experience in a warehouse/retail/ start-up environment
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP Systems (NetSuite and RF Smart are a plus!)
• Familiarity with a fulfillment center and hands-on production environment
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to lift up to 50lbs

Compensation: 55k-65k exempt, commensurate with experience.
