The Role

We're looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to join our growing B2B SaaS marketing team. You'll help build field programs — from event logistics to lead management — that fuel our pipeline and strengthen customer engagement. This is a hands-on, collaborative role perfect. You'll work with field marketers, sales, and partners to help deliver events, activations, and campaigns that achieve measurable results. You will report to the Director, Field Marketing and Events.

Interesting Problems

  • Help build regional field programs, including in-person events, webinars, and account-based marketing activations.
  • Help with event logistics: venue research, catering coordination, material shipments, booth management, and onsite support.
  • Manage attendee lists, event registrations, lead upload processes, and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and team members to ensure event execution.
  • Help prepare event materials such as signage, collateral, and swag.
  • Support lead nurturing efforts by collaborating with sales and marketing operations to ensure follow-up.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, and field marketing documentation.
  • Measure program effectiveness to lead insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales, growth marketing, web marketing, and partner teams to align programs with our priorities.

About You

  • 3 or more years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, demand generation, or related experience.
  • 1+ years with event project management experience that coordinates enterprise and Fortune 500 executive events.
  • Applies strong organizational practices, with accuracy and quality and a consistent execution on tasks and commitments.
  • Effectively manage concurrent projects or responsibilities in environments where priorities may shift.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well with colleagues and partners.
  • Comfortable working across departments, including sales, marketing, and with external partners.
  • Approaches work with a data-informed mindset and openness to learning reporting and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Approaches work with curiosity and a willingness to grow and engage with new challenges.
