THE TECHNOLOGY is multi-patented, AI-powered customer data management software that we invented to help solve problems that have been frustrating consumer brands for years. Come help us make it happen!

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who has experience helping marketers turn data into value. You’ll help define the future of activation in the Amperity platform, an area that’s seen growth in the past few years. You’ll understand the inner workings of how marketers and our team schedule and measure campaigns, which connectors matter to bring value, and how to bring it all together in a delightful experience. You’ll have experience with activation platforms, marketing organizations, and how MarTech is evolving the roles and work every day. You will report to the VP of Product.

  • Understand the value of a unified customer view and making that available to our customers.
  • Find important customer insights and help brands on those insights.
  • Ingest and clean large amounts of data daily and blending it with real-time events.
  • Automatically stitch data together across different systems by training machine-learning models to build a probabilistic knowledge graph.
  • Take research algorithms and use them for high-scale usage.
  • Allow users to perform complex, real-time queries across an aggregated view of their data.
  • Publishing query result data to a diverse set of systems for client usage.
  • Create a powerful and elegant user experience to make these systems accessible for humans.
  • Connect to several systems across marketing, analytics, and IT.
  • And working with the engineers that accomplish this flexibly, durably, and while supporting each other in a distributed working environment.

About You

  • 5+ years experience with understanding and using data to make delightful experiences for less technical users.
  • 5+ years experience working with activation or campaign systems, and understanding the complexity of orchestration across many platforms.
  • 5+ years experience building SaaS tools with shipping value to customers.
  • Work with engineering team(s) to define and grow API frameworks and ensure they meet performance, security and scalability standards.
  • Define Measurements for the platform and report on them to business and executive leadership
  • Experience as the primary owner for complex projects involving coordination between customers, product management, and engineering.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and investigate new technologies.
  • A demonstrated history of escalating success in your career.
