What you'll be doing

Future B2B is looking for a Manager, Audience Engagement to oversee audience engagement and retention strategies for the B2B division including well-known brands like SmartBrief, Actual Tech and ITPro. Working with B2B editorial, partner, product and tech teams to engage and use existing audiences and prioritize audience lifecycles. The Manager will report to and work with the Head of Partnerships and Audience to identify ways to increase newsletter engagement, foster reader retention, increase data completion and reimagine reengagement and win-back strategies

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• 3-5 years in in an audience development, growth marketing or product marketing role at a digital/advertising/publishing company
• Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Analytics that translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience building and nurturing online communities.
• Outside-the-box thinking with experience analyzing data
• Proficiency with engagement tools and project management software including Salesforce, Tableau and Asana
• Experience working across multiple departments and teams
• Comfortable presenting ideas to different stakeholders, including senior management
