This Senior Sales Representative role focuses on selling Healthy, an AI-powered care platform, directly to independent physician practices across Texas. The role exists to help practices capitalize on a new Medicare ACCESS reimbursement pathway that enables AI-enabled care without adding staff, changing EMRs, or taking on financial risk, while generating net-new recurring revenue for physicians. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of EMR or healthcare SaaS sales experience, existing relationships with practice owners, and comfort selling financial and Medicare-driven outcomes. The position involves owning a defined territory, leading conversations with decision-makers, closing referral and revenue partnership agreements, and building long-term relationships. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission tied to practice adoption and patient enrollment, and meaningful equity upside, with the opportunity to be early in a newly created Medicare category poised for significant growth.

The Big Picture____________________________________________

Medicare just created a new, long-term reimbursement pathway (ACCESS) that allows physician practices to get paid for AI-enabled care—without adding staff, changing EMRs, or taking financial risk. This new program is expected to help millions of Americans get better, technology assisted care at zero cost to the patient.

Experts are predicting multiple “Deca-Corn” business to be created through this program… Healthy (getHealthy.com) is poised to be one of them!

This role exists to help independent physician practices take advantage of that opportunity while directly helping millions of Americans lead longer, healthier lives.

What You'll Be Selling_______________________________________

Healthy is an AI-powered care platform that:

  • Is Billable directly to Medicare through the new ACCESS program
  • Generates net-new, recurring revenue for practices - physicians earn $100 PMPY for referring patients to Healthy
  • Requires minimal operational effort
  • Does not impact ACO payment calculations benchmarks - utilization based on ACCESS codes does not impact ACO benchmarks or performance
  • Drives patients back to the practice for AWVs, screenings, and follow-ups resulting in Healthy patients and Healthy practices.

This is not an EMR, not a rip-and-replace, and not another IT project.

It is a revenue partnership with physician practices to improve the health of their patients.

What You'll Do______________________________________________

  • Sell Healthy directly to independent physician practices (5+ providers)
  • Own and grow a defined Texas territory
  • Lead conversations with practice owners and decision-makers
  • Show practices how ACCESS translates into real Medicare revenue
  • Close preferred referral / revenue partner agreements
  • Build long-term relationships that expand over time
  • Help build and refine successful sales processes and strategies for a new Product

Required Education & Experience___________________________

  • 5+ years selling EMRs or healthcare SaaS to physician practices
  • Existing relationships with practice owners or managers
  • Strong understanding of independent provider practice operations, roles, dynamics, and successful Business Development strategies
  • Comfort selling financial outcomes and Medicare economics
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (Challenger,etc.) a plus
  • Ability to operate independently and own a territory
