The Warehouse Operations Associate role plays a key role in driving our operational efforts in the Restaurant Technology business. The role works on site at our HQ warehouse, and manages inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, and coordinates with our 20+ cities to drive best practices in logistics, ensuring a world class post-sales experience for our merchants.
What You'll Focus On
- Shipping (picking, packing, fulfilling orders using WMS and multiple shipping softwares)
- Receiving (cycle counting, accepting, checking, and recording incoming goods from suppliers before storing them)
- Pre-setting equipment before it is stocked into inventory
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse by ensuring stations are reset to specifications, disposing of garbage and recycling, and returning inventory to its designated locations at the end of the day
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage and ensure safety within the warehouse environment
- Creating RMA labels and checking returned equipment back into inventory
- Communicate with different departments regarding shipping orders and receiving RMAs
What You Bring
- 0–3 years of warehouse or operational experience, including fulfillment, picking, packing, labeling, cycle counting, and operating pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks. Forklift experience is not required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Familiarity with the Google interface preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills required
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively required
- Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders required
- Ability to learn technical aspects of POS related hardware and software required
- Flexibility to learn new systems
- Ability to effectively multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced daily work environment
- Experience using inventory management systems to track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Strong teamwork and the ability to work well with others are essential
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Work Condition
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of the job.
- This is an on-site position located in the Chicago Chinatown area.

- Hourly pay is $20 to $23
