The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role within the GTM team, driving sustainable and efficient revenue growth.
You will lead the processes and tools that enable world-class GTM team productivity, acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and other GTM leaders. Your responsibilities will include managing quarterly and annual planning, forecasting, segmentation, territory design, and the development and implementation of reporting and analytics across Sales and Marketing. This role is critical to our success.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and deeply focused on uncovering the key insights that shape GTM strategies and tactics. You'll excel at filtering actionable signals from data noise, designing detailed operational processes, and driving customer acquisition through a robust, data-informed approach.
We’re seeking a dynamic leader who can collaborate closely with our CRO on GTM strategy while also being hands-on in execution. You’ll ensure alignment and accountability across Sales and Marketing, identifying what’s working and what isn’t. Whether you're refining forecasting models, analyzing LTV:CAC, or presenting investment recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and CRO, you’ll bring a blend of strategic vision and operational precision to the role.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Leadership
- Design and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports and aligns with the company’s overarching business objectives.
- Lead prospect and customer segmentation efforts, integrating data-driven insights to inform sales territory design and focus resources on the highest-value opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, delivering actionable recommendations on revenue growth opportunities, operational improvements, and market trends and risks.
- Cultivate strong collaboration across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and execution. Customer Success is another key stakeholder team.
- Align GTM teams by establishing shared goals, fostering clear communication, and coordinating efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Effectively navigate complex situations, leveraging strong leadership skills to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive GTM analytics framework to monitor KPIs and revenue trends across the organization.
- Build and scale advanced forecasting models that provide precise insights into future performance, enabling data-driven decisions on resource allocation, growth initiatives, and risk mitigation.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership and GTM teams, identifying opportunities to optimize performance, improve customer retention, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure transparency and accountability by delivering performance metrics and analytics to stakeholders in a concise, compelling manner that supports organizational alignment
Operational Excellence
- Optimize revenue cycle operations by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of GTM systems and processes, including CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools, to maximize productivity and performance.
- Partner with our sales enablement function to support the delivery of training and resources to enhance sales productivity, reduce ramp times for new hires, and ensure predictable pipeline creation through effective quota setting and commission structures that align with business objectives and incentivize desired behaviors.
- Establish and manage a GTM operating cadence, creating consistent and accurate forecasting processes and pipeline management practices that enable proactive decision-making.
Proactive Market Adaptation
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs to inform strategic initiatives and ensure the company remains agile in dynamic market conditions.
- Lead efforts to integrate new methodologies and technologies into the GTM ecosystem, fostering innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in revenue operations.
- Champion change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or strategies while maintaining alignment across teams.
- Support acquisition-related efforts by adapting GTM strategies to incorporate acquired assets and ensure their alignment with organizational goals.
Practical stuff we anticipate you having
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning
- Proficient in CRM tools and revenue/marketing tech stacks.
- Advanced skills in analysis, modeling, and reporting, with strong proficiency in Excel. Sequel skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience owning and improving processes across the GTM tech stack.
- Experienced partnering with senior sales and marketing leadership to drive GTM predictability and growth.
- Comfortable and credible working with executive leadership, with a strong executive presence and ability to lead cross-functional programs.
- Experience working with private equity-backed companies is a plus but not required.

- Systems & Process Design: Experienced in designing processes and systems that streamline operations, enhance visibility, and boost productivity.
