The Role

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will play a crucial role within our marketing team, to optimize our paid media plans and ensuring efficiency of spend across various channels. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will work with our Demand Generation team and our User Acquisition team. The former will be focused on running campaigns to drive new business pipeline, the latter on running campaigns targeting our customer base to drive account expansion. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in b2b product-led growth companies to fill this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid media campaigns for our user acquisition strategies, driving growth within our product-led marketing division, focusing on core channels LinkedIn and Google Display Network. 
  • Manage and optimize paid media plans for demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and spend efficiency.
  • Leverage account-based marketing tools and strategies such as 6Sense to drive targeted acquisition and activation campaigns 
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgeting to ensure efficiency of spend 
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, driving data-informed decisions to improve marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure coherent and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Practical Stuff We Anticipate You Having:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a product-led growth company.
  • Experience building funnels and data layers for retargeting campaigns to drive acquisition and awareness. 
  • Working knowledge and experience managing Google Tag Manager. 
  • Proven track record finding creative ways to retarget accounts based on previous activity.
  • Ability to build and execute cross-platform campaigns for different audience segments.
  • Deep understanding of B2B software marketing.
  • Expertise in account-based marketing methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing spend efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and ability to track and report on campaign performance.
