The Role

We are seeking a Developer Relations Manager to join our team of engineers, marketers and product leaders to build out an entirely new category of data infrastructure. Bobsled is a venture-backed startup building a cross-cloud data sharing platform to power the next generation of data and analytics. We’re looking for ways to increase awareness of Bobsled within the software and data engineering community and generate excitement about building with our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive our developer marketing strategy, including driving our API
  • Create technical content that helps developers see the value of the platform
  • Collaborate with product leaders to create world-class documentation
  • Build sample integrations that demonstrate the power of Bobsled in action
  • Work with partners to create and promote integrations
  • Share Bobsled with the community by writing, speaking and participating in events


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in developer relations, developer community management, technical product marketing or a related field
  • Have a technical background, ideally with both data and software engineering
  • Experience developing resources to support a developer platform (i.e. documentation, tutorials, sample apps)
  • Experience and skills in technical writing and public speaking
  • Strong communication and listening skills


Compensation

  • US Salary Range: $130-170K
  • Highly competitive equity compensation
