We are looking for a self-starting, hard-working, collaborative Senior Implementation Consultant with a passion for people and culture. You’ll work directly with our Manager of the Client Implementation Team to design and implement awesome recognition programs, build sustainable internal systems, and become a Blueboard Platform expert.
As a skilled listener and natural rapport builder, you will engage the customer at all levels and assist with the development and implementation of outstanding employee reward programs. Internally, you will work closely with the Account Management team to provide ongoing support for current clients and take ownership of the successful implementation of expanded programming.
Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and problem-solver with past experience in HR, total rewards/compensation, employee engagement, or technical implementation. You’re a great listener, and you enjoy helping others find solutions. Organization, time management, and process optimization are among your top skills, and becoming an expert project and program manager is a professional goal. Blueboarding is an important part of your life, and the opportunity to inspire people to challenge their comfort zones, indulge in their passions, and try new things sounds like a dream job to you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work independently as project manager and central point of contact for all clients including enterprise-level; effectively onboard successful programs and drive early success metrics
  • Level up quickly to become an SME on rewards and recognition programs including program design, communication plans, best practices, and the psychology of recognition to strategically consult with clients during the Blueboard client life cycle
  • Ability to effectively manage client objections and consult with clients and drive best-practice-focused solutions
  • Collaborate with internal Blueboard teams throughout the sales process to ensure onboarding, program design, and services are communicated appropriately
  • Develop mastery of the Blueboard experience delivery platform to expertly configure client applications, train administrators, troubleshoot issues, share thoughtful product feature suggestions, and work with the product team on the design and delivery of new features
  • Serve as the internal point person for configuration best practices and unique workflows for various recognition programs
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure successful transition of accounts, including documentation and management of client stakeholders
  • Design and continually improve processes for implementation and service delivery, including materials that enhance efficiency and customer experience during onboarding
  • Create and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting around launches, stages, and distributions and ensure data is updated in Salesforce appropriately
  • Ability to collaborate well with the support team to manage and prioritize client-specific technical risks, bugs, interim solutions, and feature requests
  • Prioritize and execute fully on process creation and documentation, client-facing materials, and special projects

Your skills and qualifications include:

  • You have 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 of those years in a client-facing implementation role and at least one year of experience working with enterprise-level clients
  • Preference will be given to those with a background in HR, employee engagement, and/or implementation experience with B2B SAAS products
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are resourceful, and thrive in evolving environments
  • You are comfortable leading meetings and presentations with Senior Leaders
  • You have experience supporting the sales team to manage objections, set expectations in a solution-focused way, and demonstrate how the product can be configured to deliver value for each client
  • You have a passion for collaborating with internal teams, including product, support, sales and marketing
  • You are motivated by your team’s success over your own individual glory
  • You have the ability to create structure and design effective processes
  • You are someone who thinks outside the box and always looks for creative solutions
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
  • You have strong attention to detail and an appreciation for iterating
  • You love to learn about your client’s business and are motivated by their success
  • You’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback and are excited to grow through your own experiences
