Join our team as a Client Value Stream Lead to drive exceptional client value by exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Legal Agreements (SLAs) through strategic analytics and coordinated service delivery. If you're a solution-oriented, open-minded leader with a passion for enhancing client experiences, this role offers a chance to optimize our Recipient operations. As a Client Value Stream Lead, you will oversee the completion of the Recipient experience from the moment a reward is redeemed to the post-experience feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the service train, track rewards, and queue status.
  • Maintain Service Track SLAs/KPIs for exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead daily Scrum meetings, distribute tasks, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct weekly Quality Assurance checks, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Ensure smooth progress using the Track Status sheet.
  • Manage reward distribution, and collaborate with adjacent CVS Leads.
  • Utilize data to identify bottlenecks, and improve communication.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Recipient Experience and BPO Team.
  • Design train-specific training for incoming members.
  • Provide feedback, and support PTO preparation for team.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, and address needs.
  • Fill vacant positions to prevent backlogs.
  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities.

Your Skills and Qualifications Include

  • Proven leader with strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with analytical abilities.
  • Effective problem solver and time manager.
  • Comfortable in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solution-oriented, open-minded approach.
  • Root cause analysis and questioning expertise (e.g., 5 Whys).
  • Independent with workload management and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
  • Supervisory experience in retail and restaurant sectors.
  • Familiarity with Hospitality/Travel operations.
  • Excellent writing and typing skills.
