As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the overall employee experience and contributing to the success of our organization. You will work as a shared resource in Operations division to assist in various People Operations & Planning Ops functions, ensuring the seamless execution of processes and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture.
You will work collaboratively and support matters relating to People Operations & office administration. This position is open to candidates in Madrid and will require in-office presence at least 2 days a week (the office is located in the city center of Madrid).
