ANINE BING is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Accounting team based in Paris.

This position is based at our Paris HQ and reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, matching, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of supplier invoices (pricing, quantities, payment terms).
- Prepare and execute vendor payments in line with deadlines and internal controls.
- Handle vendor inquiries, follow-ups, and dispute resolution with a solution-first approach.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and support monthly and annual close activities.
- Review and reconcile corporate credit card expenses.
- Assist with maintaining updated vendor records and onboarding new suppliers.
- Support the Accounting Manager with ad hoc tasks and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant Accounts Payable or general accounting experience, ideally in retail, consumer goods, or a fast-growing company.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite is a plus).
- Solid understanding of VAT and purchase-related accounting rules.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive, reliable, and motivated by building smooth, scalable processes.
- Fluent in English and a basic understanding of French.
