ANINE BING is looking for a Marketplace Operations Assistant to join our E-commerce team based in Los Angeles.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our HQ team, the Marketplace Operations Assistant brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their work while supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture.

This is a hybrid position based at our Los Angeles HQ. The role reports to the Director of E-Commerce, Marketplaces

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support marketplace operations by uploading, updating, and exporting product data across multiple platforms.
  • Navigate Shopify and external e-commerce hubs to manage product listings, inventory, and pricing with accuracy.
  • Leverage Excel (including VLOOKUPs) and retail math skills to support analytics, reporting and pricing integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CSMs and product teams to align marketplace execution with business goals.
  • Interpret data to support KPI tracking and decision-making processes.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or platform-related issues using strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in fashion, marketing or digital exposure.
  • Experience in Excel and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfort learning new systems and navigating complex back-end platforms
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player

The target compensation for this role is between $22 - $25 per hour.
