Junior Business Systems Administrator
ANINE BING is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Business Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Los Angeles.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow their technical expertise, support core business systems, and make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Junior Business Systems Administrator, you will assist in managing, optimizing, and supporting our ERP system and integrated applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system functionality, ensure data accuracy, and provide user support.
This role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ and will be reporting into the Sr. Director of IT.
Responsibilities:
- ERP System Administration: Manage and optimize Oracle NetSuite, ensuring system functionality aligns with business goals.
- Administer and support third-party integrations and tools, including Celigo IPAAS, NewStore Omnichannel, Ayden POS, Avalara, and JOOR.
- Design, implement, and customize ERP features to meet evolving business requirements, such as reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- System Support and Optimization: Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring they have the necessary access and understanding to utilize systems effectively.
- Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance operational capabilities.
- Data Integrity and Change Management: Develop and maintain protocols to ensure data integrity, including access controls, security policies, and change procedures.
- Lead change management processes to ensure smooth system updates that align with business needs.
- Collaboration and Problem Solving: Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify system improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in business systems, IT support, or a related field; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; relevant experience or certifications considered.
- Basic knowledge of system administration, data management, or process workflows; exposure to tools like NetSuite, Celigo, or Avalara is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000
